The service
Supervela stores project knowledge and helps teams brief cloud coding agents. It is hosted software. Features and plan limits can change. The Supervela software and brand stay ours. You may use the service while your workspace is in good standing.
Your workspace
Your organisation owns the content it syncs, uploads, or lets us read — Jira issues, Confluence pages, transcripts, linked GitHub, and the like. We do not claim that IP. You let us copy, store, embed, retrieve, and send it to the models and cloud agents the workspace connects, only to run Supervela. That permission ends when you delete the content or the workspace. We do not use workspace content to train our own models. You are the controller of that content; we are the processor.
Accounts
Keep your sign-in safe. You may delete your account in the app. A workspace admin may delete the workspace. We may suspend abuse.
Acceptable use
Do not break the law, attack the service, or put data in Supervela you have no right to share.
Plans
Free has limits. Individual and Teams are billed in advance. Teams, Enterprise, and Dedicated include Chat with the knowledge store, MCP, and the ingest API. Individual and above include semantic search and the read API. Prices and limits are on the Plans page. Cancel anytime; the current period still runs. If a payment fails we retry for seven days, then turn paid features off. We do not delete the workspace. A move to a lower plan is blocked until seats, projects, and repos fit that plan. Quota and billing notices come from noreply@supervela.com. Card payments are processed by Stripe.
Liability
Supervela is provided as-is. We are not liable for lost work, agent output, or indirect loss, except where UK law does not allow that limit.
Law
English law applies. Courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
Changes
We may update these terms. The current version lives on this page.
